I have been teaching Martial Arts in Oneida for 14 years. Our Martial Art program begins with students as young as 6. Also, I have taught the Oneida Security officers self defense tactics, and have taught a program to the women employees on rape prevention and awareness. I've been training in Martial Arts for over 30 years.

Tae Kwon Do - A Korean Martial Art

• Danzan Ryu Jiu Jitsu - A Japanese Martial Art

I believe in developing a personal rapport with my students and being able to draw out the best in each of them. I attend many seminars and tournaments throughout the United States to maintain and improve my skills. In addition to regular Martial Art Classes, I will be assisting in new member orientations and supervision of the weight room.
